From 29 to 31 October 2020, due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, London hosted the second International Conference on New Trends in Teaching and Education. Educators, researchers, and practitioners virtually gathered to discuss teaching 21st-century learners in secondary schools, improving teachers’ performance through effective human resource practices, and the role of mother tongue use in EFL classrooms.
Participants came from countries including Nigeria, Germany, and Moldova, creating a rich space for international collaboration. The exchange of ideas and best practices sparked new perspectives and connections that extended beyond the conference itself.
This edition of NTTE allowed attendees to share insights, learn from global peers, and bring innovative strategies back to their classrooms and institutions.
