Welcome to the Author Guidelines page for the 11th International Conference on New Trends in Teaching and Education (NTTECONF). Please read the following carefully before preparing your submission.

Abstract Instructions

Author’s Abstract Guidelines

Guidelines explain how to prepare and submit your abstract for review. Clear instructions cover word count, keywords, and next steps after acceptance, including registration and potential publication opportunities.

  • Submit your abstract for review by the Scientific Committee
  • If accepted, you will be invited to register for NTTECONF
  • After the conference, you may be asked to submit your full paper for publication opportunities
  • If you do not submit a full paper, your abstract will still be published in the Abstract Book
  • Your presentation is only confirmed once the registration fee has been paid

Abstract requirements:

  • Length: 200–250 words
  • Keywords: 3–5 words

Paper Instructions

Author’s Full Paper Guidelines

We welcome original and unpublished research papers that contribute to the fields covered by the conference. By submitting, you confirm your work is not under review elsewhere.

  • Language of Full Paper
  • Papers must be written in English
  • Both American and British English are acceptable, but avoid mixing them
  • Authors are encouraged to use editing tools or services to ensure proper grammar and scientific style
  • Review Process for Full Paper
  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review
  • Papers are evaluated on originality, quality, and academic excellence
  • The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors approve the paper and agree with the submission
  • The publisher is not legally responsible for any compensation claims

  • Full paper length: Up to 12 pages (including references, tables, charts, and keywords)
  • Font: 12-point Times New Roman
  • Spacing: Single-spaced
  • Margins: Top 2.54 cm, Bottom 2.54 cm, Left 3.18 cm, Right 3.18 cm
  • Page numbers: Bottom-centered
  • Layout: One-column, portrait 

Poster Instructions

Poster Guidelines

Guidelines show how to prepare and display your poster so it clearly communicates your research and captures attention. Following these steps ensures your work is visually effective and conference-ready.

 

  • Poster size: A1 (international paper size)
  • Title, author names, and affiliations should be displayed at the top
  • Use visuals, images, and charts to make your poster engaging and easy to read
  • Posters must be based on the accepted abstract
  • Avoid foam core, thick/multi-layered materials, or pushpins. Ensure your poster can be mounted on the provided boards
  • Bring your printed poster with you to the conference

Standards set the expectations for honesty and integrity in all submissions. Only original work is accepted, and any form of plagiarism leads to immediate rejection.

  • Acts of plagiarism are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection

Speaker Instruction

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Guidelines provide instructions for preparing and delivering a live presentation. Following these tips ensures your talk runs smoothly and engages the audience.

 

  • Presentation length: ~15 minutes
  • You may use your preferred format (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF)
  • Necessary equipment will be provided upon request
  • Please arrive early to test and set up your presentation
