What happens after my abstract is accepted?

Participants must register and pay the conference fee to confirm their presentation and secure their spot. 

Authors are invited to submit full papers following the author guidelines for publication opportunities.

Abstracts should be 200–250 words. Full papers should not exceed 12 pages, including references and tables.

Yes, registration is flexible. Yes. Participants can register before their submission is accepted.

Only the attending author, either in-person or online, must register.

What payment methods are accepted for registration?

Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Wire Transfer. For wire transfers, participants must upload the receipt during registration. 

The site doesn’t mention group discounts specifically. Participants should contact the Help and Support for details.

No. Registration fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation or non-attendance.

Fees cover access to sessions, conference materials, certificates, meals (lunch, coffee), networking, publication opportunities, and a free city tour.

No. Participants are responsible for lodging and transport.
